In this free webinar, we’ll take a deeper dive into the key fundamentals of FMLA as well as define what qualifies as an FMLA serious health condition.

An FMLA serious health condition refers to:

  • An illness injury impairment
  • A physical or mental condition that involves either inpatient care

An employer must complete a detailed analysis every time employees request leave for a serious health condition to determine whether the condition qualifies, as not every illness or injury will qualify.
