ERC must receive notification within 30 days of purchase in order to receive a refund for unsatisfactory services. Refunds are not applicable in the ERChealth program.

Make-Up & Refund Policy for Series
One (1) make-up class is allowed per participant for Series registrants only. (Series include Supervisory Series: Fundamentals, Supervisory Series: Advanced, and Mid-Level Leadership). To schedule a make-up class, participants must contact [email protected] for additional date options. The make-up class must be completed within six (6) months of the missed date.
Make-Up & Refund Policy for Individual Sessions
No refunds are issued for any guest who misses a training class.
