The PXT select assessment is a cost-effective Wiley learning tool for employee selection and personal development. ERC offers a variety of options that serve different purposes. However, each employee testing and leadership development assessment includes a coaching session with a Certified PXT Select Coaching Professional. Review the report options below.

PXT Comprehensive Selection Report

The PXT Select Comprehensive Selection Report is the most widely-used option. It compares results in the areas of Thinking Styles, Behavioral Traits, and Interests. This will help you determine if a candidate is a good fit for your company. It includes a full compilation of helpful scenario-based interview questions.

PXT Select Assessment Leadership Report

Use the PXT Leadership Report to help team members find their leadership roles. First, this assessment will test their leadership development traits. It includes a graphic and narrative representation of a potential leader’s approach to leadership skills such as Creating a Vision, Developing Strategies, Ensuring Results, Inspiring People, Being Approachable, and Mentoring Others.

PXT Comprehensive Selection Report

This PXT report provides valuable feedback for selection in a sales or business development role. Feedback includes evaluation of a candidate through the Sales Performance Model. These results include both areas of challenges and strengths. Eight Critical Sales Practices provide insight into how the candidate may perform in each of the sales stages; they include Prospecting, Initiating Contact, Building and Maintaining Relationships, Closing the Sale, Self-Starting, Resourcefulness, Coachability, and Working with a Team.
