About the 2026 ERC Salary Survey Report
This survey, published in June of 2026, reports annual compensation information for 3,868 individual employees in 137 accounting/finance, administrative support, business administration, customer service/sales, engineering, HR, IT, purchasing/distribution, quality, engineering, scientific, professional, management, supervisory, and nonprofit sector positions from 72 Northeast Ohio organizations.
Rates of pay were reported for the January 15, 2026 – January 31, 2026 pay period. Annual salaries are also reported by number of employees, industry type, annual revenue, county, for-profit or nonprofit status, and years of experience (including new hires). Salaries reported do not include incentives or variable pay components. In order to provide the most reliable and accurate information, the salary data was cleaned and any outliers or invalid data were eliminated. All salary data was analyzed using statistical software to ensure data validity and reliability.
