John Anitas, Creative Marketing Associate
The ERC Marketing Team welcomes John Anitas as our new Creative Marketing Associate. John brings his expertise in contemporary print and digital design, brand development, and website design to the company.
In his role, John visually communicates the value of our products and services and supports key stakeholders with the design, production, and maintenance of print and digital ads, social media creative, handouts, slide decks, and supplemental materials.
John previously worked as a freelance graphic designer for multiple clients and interned for the School of Business at Baldwin Wallace University.

Caroline Reed, Sales and Client Service Support Associate
As ERC continues to have record-breaking sales growth, the team has hired Caroline Reed to support both our Growth and Professional Development teams.
With over five years of customer service and sales experience, Caroline works cross-departmentally as our Sales and Client Service Support Associate. She ensures a seamless sales process and successful delivery of services. She also assists with assessment administration, database management, and recordkeeping.
