Caroline Reed

As an Account Growth Associate on ERC’s Growth Team, Caroline works cross-functionally with both the Growth and Delivery teams to ensure a seamless sales process and successful service delivery. She supports assessment administration, database management, and recordkeeping, helping maintain strong internal operations while enhancing the overall client experience.
Caroline previously served as a Tier 2 Membership Services Representative for WHOOP, a wearable technology company, where she diagnosed, troubleshot, and resolved technical issues for clients. Prior to that, she worked as a Call Center Representative for Allegiance Credit Union, providing exceptional member service while supporting sales of financial products including credit cards, checking accounts, and loans.
Earlier in her career, Caroline gained valuable sales experience in the sports industry as an Account Executive for Energy FC and as a Sales Trainee for Major League Soccer, where she focused on selling season tickets, premium seating, and group experiences to both individuals and organizations.
Caroline graduated from Miami University with a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology, with a focus in sports management. She is also a graduate of OnBoard Cleveland’s 2026 cohort, further demonstrating her commitment to professional growth and community involvement.
Outside of work, Caroline enjoys staying active and continuing to build connections within her community.
