Caroline Reed
Caroline Reed brings over five years of customer service and sales experience to ERC.
As our Sales and Client Service Support Associate, Caroline works cross-departmentally with our Growth and Professional Development Teams, ensuring a seamless sales process and successful delivery of services. She also assists with assessment administration, database management, and recordkeeping.
Caroline previously served as a Tier 2 Membership Services Representative for WHOOP, a wearable tech company. In this role, she helped diagnose, troubleshoot, and solve technical issues for clients.
Prior to WHOOP, Caroline worked as a Call Center Representative for Allegiance Credit Union, where she provided superior membership service and sold credit cards, checking accounts, and loan applications.
Caroline also served as an Account Executive for Energy FC and a Sales Trainee for Major League Soccer. In both roles, she sold new season tickets, premium seating, and group tickets to consumers and businesses.
Caroline majored in sports management at Miami University of Ohio and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology.
