Six Sigma training consists of two phases:
Yellow Belt certification and Green Belt certification.
Details & Benefits of Six Sigma Training
ERC Yellow Belt Certification: Phase One
Phase one of our Lead Six Sigma implementation includes one day of executive team training and five days of training and project coaching to project teams. The executive team training helps identify the key role this team plays in leading an LSS initiative and sustaining it so it continues to provide results. A governance model will be discussed and key roles assigned. The project team training will include basic LSS tools and software that will be applied to participant projects. Meets the ASQ requirement for 40 contact hours plus a student project.
ERC Green Belt Certification: Phase Two
Phase two is an additional five-day training and project coaching program. Students will learn advanced Lean and Six Sigma tools and be coached on projects that will lead to significant efficiencies. Combined with the five-day Yellow Belt training this will lead to a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. Meets the ASQ requirement for 40 contact hours plus a student project.
