Cleveland, Ohio – August 22, 2024 – ERC, the trusted 104-year-old organization that helps build better workplaces, is pleased to announce the promotion of Allison Kenney to Director, Membership & HR Services.
In her new role, Allison will join ERC’s leadership team, where she will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the organization’s HR and membership offerings. Drawing from her extensive HR background and experience, Allison will continue to oversee ERC’s HR Consultant team and deliver on key HR projects, including ERC’s HR Compliance Audit.
“Allison’s innovative approach and commitment to excellence ensure that ERC’s services will continue to evolve to meet the ever-changing needs of our clients,” said Susan Pyles, Vice President of Professional Development. “Since joining ERC in 2017, she has provided our members and clients with unparalleled service and support.”
Previously, Allison served as ERC’s Manager, HR & Advisory Services; Human Resources Consultant, and Human Resources Advisor. In these roles, Allison consulted on small and large-scale HR projects and was an active member of ERC’s HR Help Desk team, responding readily to member requests and inquiries.
