ERC Announces Leadership Team Expansion and New Executive Roles

Cleveland, OH – September 3, 2024 – ERC, the trusted 104-year-old organization that provides HR services to help leaders build better workplaces, is proud to announce the promotion and expansion of its leadership team. Effective immediately, six key members of ERC’s team will step into new executive roles that reflect the organization’s evolving needs and strategic direction.

Kelly Keefe will assume the role of President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Kelly’s expanded role as CEO will allow her to continue to drive the overall strategic vision and sustained growth of ERC, ERC Services, Inc., ERChealth, and the NorthCoast 99 program.

Carrie Morse will now serve as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Carrie has played a pivotal role in overseeing ERC’s operations. As COO, she will continue to optimize operational efficiency and implement initiatives that support the company’s strategic objectives.

Sandy Sharrone will take on the role of Vice President, Finance. Sandy’s extensive experience in financial management will be instrumental as she leads ERC’s financial strategy, ensuring the company’s fiscal health and supporting its growth initiatives.

Sam Marx has been promoted to Vice President, Strategic Projects. Formerly the Director of Strategic Projects, Sam will continue to lead critical initiatives that drive ERC’s long-term success, including the execution of the NorthCoast 99 annual awards program and event.

Sam Clyde Schroeder steps into the role of Vice President, Sales & Marketing. As the former Director of Business Development, Sam will continue to oversee all aspects of ERC’s sales and marketing efforts, driving business growth and expanding the organization’s market presence.

Allison Kenney has been promoted to Director, Membership & HR Services. Drawing from her extensive HR background and experience, Allison will continue to oversee ERC’s HR Consultant team and deliver on key HR projects, including ERC’s HR Compliance Audit.
