ERC’s Shiny New Website

ERC’s Shiny New Website

By Ryan Morgan, Director of Marketing & Digital

Ok, we could say what every company says when they launch a new or updated website: “cleaner design”, “more engaging”, “enhanced search and navigation” – and we believe all of those are true – but here are the real details:

On Tuesday, we rolled out our new website and we think it’s amazingly cool. Here’s why…

Find the right info, right now.

Our members and customers interact with us in many different ways. We’ve created individual sites to help visitors find information based on how they interact with us. So you’ll see a universal menu at the top of each page that allows you to navigate between ERC MembershipERC TrainingERC ConsultingNorthCoast 99 and ERC Health.

Search easier.

Wherever you are, you’ll be able to search the entire ERC site (including our blog) to find exactly what you’re looking for. Just click the magnifying glass icon in the upper right-hand corner to pull up a nice and large search box. Try it out!

Access everywhere.

As always, ERC is committed to making our information accessible from any device. That’s why our site has been optimized (fancy word for “made pretty”) for everything from desktop computers to tablets to mobile phones. So go ahead, pull up the latest survey data while you cook breakfast – it’ll look great!

Get to the point.

There’s one thing we can all agree on – we’re busy. Sometimes you don’t have time to hunt for information, and when you get there, you don’t have time to read a 10-page product sheet. We get it. So we’re continuously adding more videos and making our content shorter and to the point.
