Supervisory Series Development Path: Advanced- AM

April 25, 2023 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

$720

Managers and supervisors are expected to achieve business objectives not necessarily through their own technical expertise but through their teams. That’s why it is mission-critical for your managers to develop strong leadership, delegation, and project management skills.

Rooted in years of research and data-driven insights, ERC’s Supervisory Series Development Path equips supervisors and managers with the 10 most critical skills and competencies to successfully tackle challenges and lead others.

The Advanced track focuses on the manager’s ability to plan and manage work, lead and manage change, lead and manage teams, and hold others accountable. Course lectures are delivered in a practical, “real world” format by facilitators who are experienced with supervision.

During these comprehensive courses, participants will gain fresh insights into their roles via self-assessments, group discussion, and opportunities for practice, and will also receive job aids and resources to apply the skills and implement the best practices they learn.

The Fundamentals track includes the first six courses of the series. Supervisors who complete the Fundamentals Track receive their Supervisory Proficiency Certificate, and those who complete Fundamentals and Advanced Tracks receive their Supervisory Mastery Certificate.

Courses in both the Fundamentals and Advanced tracks can be purchased individually. Click on the links below to register for the individual Advanced courses. This series is also available in the afternoon.
