Susan is the author of several books on communication and leadership, including The Manager’s Motivation Handbook and How to Develop Positive, Proud, Productive People. Susan is a former TEDx speaker and current speaker coach for TEDxSeattle. Her stories have been featured on The Moth Radio Hour and Moth GrandSLAM stages.
