Nicole Doria

Nicole brings over 15 years of extensive compensation experience to ERC. Nicole’s areas of expertise include the development, design, and implementation of base salary administration programs, variable and incentive pay plans, merit pay for performance planning, executive compensation, and equity and stock award administration.

Nicole specializes in assisting our clients with compensation-related needs focused on base and incentive compensation. Nicole uses our local and national market data library as a foundation of her work while also applying the principles of best compensation practices.

Throughout her career, Nicole has acted as a partner and consultant to Senior Management Leaders on several facets of compensation matters by applying her compensation knowledge and best practices to connect to the vision and strategic plan of the organization. She has an exceptional record of efficiently managing multiple compensation-related projects to drive the success of an organization.

Nicole has held various compensation positions with nonprofit organizations and several publicly traded and privately held corporations, with a focus on the financial services, higher education, utility, property management and real estate, automotive, grocer warehouse, and distribution industries.

Prior to ERC, Nicole served as a Senior Compensation Business Partner at C&S Wholesale Grocers, the largest wholesale grocery supply company in the U.S. In this role, she managed the development, administration, design, and analysis of various compensation programs across the organization, including annual merit increase cycle, salary structure design, and modeling, costing scenarios, compensation planning, and recommendations, and more.

Before this role, Nicole provided compensation consulting services to clients on a broad scale at Dynamic Corporate Solutions, Inc. As a Compensation Consultant, she assisted clients with the design, implementation, and communication of their compensation philosophy and strategy.

Prior to Dynamic Corporate Solutions, Inc., Nicole served as a Senior Compensation Specialist at Dealer Tire, LLC. In this role, she acted as an internal consultant to Executive and Senior Management on compensation matters, including base pay, incentives, merit planning, market pricing, and additional compensation-related policies, programs, and strategies.

Nicole has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in human resources management and labor relations from Cleveland State University. She is a member of WorldatWork, an organization of total rewards professionals. Nicole is also a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
