Nicole Doria, CCP, serves as Senior Compensation Consultant on ERC’s Compensation Consulting team within Delivery Services. She specializes in helping organizations develop effective compensation strategies that support business objectives, attract and retain talent, and drive organizational success. Nicole partners with clients on a wide range of compensation-related needs, utilizing credible market data sources and established compensation methodologies to deliver practical, data-driven solutions aligned with best practices.

Nicole’s areas of expertise include the development, design, and implementation of base salary administration programs, variable and incentive pay plans, merit pay-for-performance programs, executive compensation, and equity and stock award administration. She works closely with organizations to evaluate compensation structures, assess market competitiveness, and create compensation programs that support both employee engagement and business performance.

Throughout her career, Nicole has served as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on all aspects of compensation strategy, applying her expertise and industry best practices to align compensation programs with organizational goals and desired financial outcomes. She has worked with publicly traded and privately held organizations across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, higher education, utilities, property management and real estate, automotive, wholesale grocery, and distribution.

Prior to joining ERC, Nicole held compensation leadership and consulting roles in both corporate and consulting environments, where she partnered with executive teams to design, implement, and manage compensation programs that supported organizational growth and workforce effectiveness.

Nicole earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Labor Relations from Cleveland State University. She is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and a member of WorldatWork, a global association for total rewards professionals.
