Lisa Grisafo

Lisa Grisafo, SHRM-CP, serves as an HR Consultant at ERC, where she provides clients with expert guidance, recommendations, and implementation support on an interim or project basis. She partners with organizations on a wide range of human resources needs, including employment law compliance, employee relations, performance management, talent attraction, total rewards, and comprehensive generalist functions. Lisa also supports clients on all facets of HR management, from strategic initiatives to day-to-day administrative operations.
Lisa brings well-rounded HR experience from previous roles across financial services, professional services, and real estate. Prior to joining ERC, she served as an Employee Relations Consultant at KeyBank, where she advised leaders on employee relations matters, workplace policies, performance management, and employment documentation. She also managed HR functions within the architecture industry and supported recruiting, onboarding, and hiring initiatives in the real estate sector. These experiences have given her a practical, business-minded approach to solving people challenges across a variety of industries.
Her areas of expertise include employee relations, compliance, performance management, recruiting, onboarding, HR operations, and building effective workplace practices that support both employees and business goals.
Lisa most enjoys building trusted partnerships with her clients by getting to know their people, their challenges, and what success looks like for them. She is especially passionate about helping organizations build strong, inclusive cultures where people can do their best work. Supporting clients in shaping thoughtful HR practices and positive employee experiences is what makes her work especially meaningful.
Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree in communications with a minor in marketing from John Carroll University. She is a Certified Professional by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP).
Outside of work, Lisa is active in her children’s school and loves cheering them on at sporting events. She also loves to travel, explore new places, and recently started making sourdough.
