Lauren Shew

Lauren Shew serves as Manager of Training on ERC’s Delivery Team, where she leads the delivery and administration of workforce development training programs. She partners closely with clients and ERC’s network of expert trainers to ensure high-quality, seamless learning experiences that support organizational growth and employee development.
Lauren specializes in training and development, bringing a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to designing and executing impactful programs. In her role, she works to ensure that ERC’s training offerings are not only well-coordinated, but also aligned with the evolving needs of the organizations and professionals they serve.
Prior to joining ERC, Lauren gained human resources experience across the manufacturing and healthcare industries. She served as an HR Generalist at Ramco Specialties, where she oversaw all aspects of human resources, including HRIS implementation and management, employee relations, full-cycle recruitment, and benefits and 401(k) administration. She also interned with Aultman Hospital’s HR department, contributing to initiatives focused on employee retention, engagement, and succession planning.
Lauren earned a bachelor’s degree in Health Services Administration with a minor in Business Administration from Ohio University. She was also recognized as the 2025 Beachwood Chamber of Commerce Young Professional of the Year for her remarkable professional contributions and community involvement.
Lauren enjoys the collaborative culture at ERC and values the opportunity to work alongside trainers and clients to deliver programs that create meaningful impact within their organizations.
