Gina Carr

As the Human Resources & Training Coordinator at ERC, Gina Carr enhances client experiences and ensures seamless training administration within the Delivery team.

She also provides administrative support for ERC’s annual
NorthCoast 99 awards program and assists with in-person training programs and events.

With a robust background in end-to-end client services, Gina brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role. She previously worked as an assistant escrow officer at Fast Tract Title Services, Inc. and provided marketing and communications support to St. Francis of Assisi School.

Gina is active in her community, serving as an assistant cheerleading coach at Gilmour Academy and having collaborated with the Cleveland Clinic’s Pediatric Cancer Center in the founding of Joey’s Footprints.
