Damon Linder

Damon has authored original training materials in the areas of leadership, coaching, team building, problem-solving, and risk management.

After 20 years of working in the automotive, medical device, and construction industries, Damon decided to leverage his knowledge and experience to provide training and consulting services to clients.

Damon has held management positions in engineering, project management, sales, and quality. He has worked all over the world with significant time spent in Korea, China, and Japan. Having the opportunity to both live and work in Germany has also contributed to Damon’s broad range of knowledge and experience.

Damon has authored original training materials in the areas of leadership, coaching, team building, problem-solving, and risk management. In addition, he provides training and support to clients in the areas of root cause investigation, risk management, technical writing, communication, and presentation skills.

Participants often comment that Damon’s ability to connect classroom concepts to practical examples makes his courses extremely valuable with benefits coming as soon as they return to work.

Damon also enjoys working with students, young and old, as an adjunct professor in the Tiffin University School of Business.
