As part of ERC’s commitment to delivering relevant and valuable resources, this new HR platform, powered by Zywave’s Human Capital Management suite, offers members seamless, 24/7 access to attorney-vetted HR compliance resources and risk management tools, all designed to address key HR concerns.
Housed within the newly redesigned myERC portal, the Hub will also include guides, checklists, sample policies, state-specific employment law information, templates, and tools to assist members with compliance, HR management, and risk mitigation.
The myERC portal itself has been revamped to deliver a more intuitive, user-friendly experience. Members will benefit from streamlined navigation and easy access to the latest HR trends, surveys, upcoming events, news, and more from one centralized platform.
