Leading Leaders

Measurable, Improved Leadership Outcomes

Leaders who deliver what they commit to.

Leaders set sound, well-reasoned goals and hit them, so each one carries their full weight as the organization scales.

Accountability

Top-down accountability.

Leaders hold their managers to clear results and model the standard themselves, so enforcement stops routing through you.

Problems raised early.

Your leaders surface risk early and take on the difficult conversations directly, so issues get resolved before they reach your desk.

Leadership pipeline

A pipeline of leaders.

You end with a group of leaders the organization can rely on and move up as it grows.

Increased capacity

Increased capacity at the top.

Leaders who develop and delegate to their own teams free their attention for the strategic work you promoted them to do, and free yours in the process.

A Program Built Around Your Leaders

Every program is built from the components that fit your goals. Custom programs may combine several of the following:

Training modules: Facilitated sessions on the skills senior leaders use every day, from strategy and financial acumen to influence and accountability. Modules run as full-day or multi-day sessions, in person or virtual.

Coaching: Participants work 1:1 or in small groups to apply what they’ve learned to real workplace situations, compare approaches, and hold each other accountable.

Manager sessions: We meet with participants’ managers at the start of the journey to align on goals and key results, then check in as the program progresses. Development sticks when a leader’s own manager is invested in it.

Assessments: 360-degree feedback, DiSC, and emotional intelligence (EQ) assessments give each leader a clear baseline and a way to measure growth by the end of the program.

Built Around the Competencies Leaders Need

We tailor the curriculum to the competencies your organization wants to build. Topics include:

Setting direction, communicating it clearly, and connecting daily decisions to where the business is headed.

Reading the numbers that run the business, including Zodiak, a business finance simulation where leaders run a company and live with the results of their decisions.

Holding leaders accountable for results while giving them room to own the work.

Making sound calls with incomplete information, and knowing which decisions to delegate.

Moving people and peers without relying on authority.

Understanding how they show up as leaders and how their behavior lands on others.

Guiding teams through uncertainty and keeping momentum when the ground shifts.

Developing direct reports and handling the conversations most leaders avoid.
