Marcia Moreno

Marcia Moreno is an award-winning strategist, coach, and community builder whose work sits at the intersection of Latino talent, leadership, and inclusive organizational strategy. Born and raised in Chile, she immigrated to the United States in 2005 for graduate studies and has since made Cleveland home. Her lived experience as an immigrant, navigating belonging, identity, and opportunity, fuels her commitment to building workplaces where Latino professionals can thrive, including for the next
generation, like her bilingual son, Teddy.

Through culturally grounded, bilingual career and leadership coaching and strategic advisory services, Marcia bridges data-driven talent strategy with human-centered storytelling supporting employers across sectors to attract, retain, and advance Latino talent while empowering professionals to lead with confidence and authenticity. Marcia is also the founder of 100+ Latinos Cleveland Must Know, launched in 2020 and now the region’s largest network of Latino professionals. The initiative has become a trusted platform for visibility, connection, and influence, reshaping how Latino leadership is recognized and engaged across Northeast
Ohio.

A Certified Diversity Executive (CDE®) and communications professional with a master’s degree from Cleveland State University, Marcia is a sought-after thought leader, speaker, and advisor on Latino workforce inclusion. Her leadership and impact have been recognized with numerous honors, including Distinguished Hispanic Ohioan, YWCA Woman of Achievement, and Girl Scouts Woman of Distinction, among others.

At the core of Marcia’s work is a clear purpose: to ensure Latino talent is seen, valued, and activated, and to help organizations understand that investing in this talent is not only the right thing to do, but a strategic imperative.
