As Research Associate, Kaylyn analyzes data to provide organizations with insights into practices that build and support great workplaces. She designs, administers, and interprets surveys and assessments across all practice areas and for the annual NorthCoast 99 awards program. She also assists with the execution of ERC training programs for client organizations and monitors delivery metrics to ensure success.
Kaylyn served as an HR Intern for ERC prior to joining the company full-time. She was instrumental in administering and analyzing employee engagement surveys and assessments, coordinating logistics for virtual and in-person training sessions, and producing learning programs through ERC’s learning management system.
Kaylyn earned her master’s degree in industrial organizational psychology from the University of Akron and her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Central Florida.
Outside of ERC, Kaylyn enjoys going on long walks with her dog, traveling, cooking, and trying out new restaurants and cafes.
