Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer at ERC, Carrie provides strategic and operational leadership, and is dedicated to helping employers build stronger, more effective workplaces. She oversees ERC’s client services, including HR training, HR consulting, coaching, membership, and strategic partnerships.

Carrie joined ERC in 2002, and throughout her tenure she has held several leadership roles; including Vice President, Member Services & Partnerships; Director of Partnerships; and Director of Training & Events, giving her a deep understanding of how organizations attract, develop, and retain talent. She works closely with clients to uncover talent and workplace challenges, while developing practical, creative solutions that help organizations achieve their goals. Internally, Carrie is equally focused on positioning ERC employees for success so they can deliver meaningful impact for members and clients. She is also a trusted leader and mentor, fostering collaboration, growth, and alignment across all ERC teams.

For 17 years, Carrie led the planning and execution of NorthCoast 99, ERC’s signature recognition program honoring 99 great Northeast Ohio workplaces. Under her leadership, the program evolved into a trusted performance benchmark, producing research and best practices that help organizations improve workplace culture, strengthen talent strategies, and retain top performers in the region.

Carrie is an active community leader, serving on the Board of Directors for Dress for Success Cleveland and the advancement committee of Julie Billiart Schools. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from John Carroll University.
