About the Survey
The 2027 ERC & EAA National Benefits Survey collects benchmark information on many current employee benefits offerings, including health and welfare benefits, benefit costs and statements, retirement benefits, part-time employee benefits, and more!
The detailed results, covering 141 questions, are broken out by employee categories and organizational size. Both a national report and a local report (only Northeast Ohio employers) will be published in March 2027.
How to Participate
This survey is open to ERC members only and requires a unique participation link for your organization. If you have not received a unique participation link from ERC and would like to participate, contact [email protected] or call 440-684-9700. The deadline to participate is October 16, 2026.
