Give your managers a clearer read on the people they lead
You promoted someone because they were good at the work. Now their job is the people, and the two skills are not the same. A manager who is great at delegating to one person frustrates the next. The motivation that lights up one employee does nothing for another. Most managers learn this by trial and error, usually on the job, usually at the expense of the relationship.
Everything DiSC® Management gives your managers a faster way to read their people and adjust. It is Wiley’s manager-specific assessment and training experience, built on the DiSC® model, and we deliver it as live, facilitated training for your team. Managers walk out knowing their own style, knowing how to flex it, and knowing what each person who reports to them actually needs.

What’s Included in Everything DiSC® Management
The assessment
A short online assessment, roughly 15 to 20 minutes, using adaptive questions that get more precise as the person responds. It measures their DiSC® style and how it shows up in a management context.
Facilitated Training
This is where the profile becomes a skill. Our facilitators lead participants through the material in live sessions built around six modules: DiSC®overing your management style, directing and delegating, motivation, developing others, and working with your manager. Sessions can run as a half-day workshop or be spread across shorter sessions, depending on your team and schedule.
Personalized profile
A detailed, management-specific profile report built around the participant’s own style. It covers:
- Their management style and how it shapes the way they make decisions, solve problems, and use their time.
- Directing and delegating with specific guidance on how to adjust their approach so it lands with each style.
- Motivation, including what energizes and drains people of each DiSC® style, so they stop motivating everyone the way they would want to be motivated.
- Developing others, with practical ways to support each person’s growth based on how that person actually works.
- Working with their own manager, a section most management training skips, covering how to communicate up and get what they need from their boss.
Ongoing Tools
Participants get access to MyEverythingDiSC®, Wiley’s online portal, where they can compare their style to colleagues who have also taken the assessment and pull tips for working with specific people.
Manager-to-employee and manager-to-manager comparison reports are available when two people need to work better together.
