Scott Wolf has over 30 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, machining, and training.
Scott Wolf has over 30 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, machining, and training. His training specialties include: Manufacturing and Quality Engineering, CNC Machining, Blueprint Reading, and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GDT).
Scott enjoys helping individuals and organizations determine the root cause of their problems. The mindset comes from working in Quality Engineering, where the objective is to not assign blame for a problem to the easiest or most obvious thing without investigating more fully the situation and finding the real reason for the problem.
Scott’s extensive work background includes 13 years at Parker Hannifin as a CNC Operator, Programmer, CNC Supervisor, and Manufacturing Engineer, and 19 years at AeroControlex, where he served as a CNC Supervisor, Manufacturing Engineer, Quality Engineer, and Supplier Quality Engineer. While at Parker and AeroControlex, he trained for a combined 20 years. Scott has also taught for over 20 years as an adjunct engineering professor at Lakeland Community College. He loves to teach subjects that are relevant to the audience and well-understood by the teacher. Scott has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical technology from Cleveland State University.
Outside of work, Scott volunteers at his church, where he works with youth, plays guitar on the Worship Team, and serves as an Elder. He also volunteers at the Holden Arboretum as a tour guide.
