She believes that everyone strives to bring his or her best to work. Whether looking to make a change personally or enterprise-wide, Sara partners with individuals and organizations to find possibility in every challenge.

With almost 20 years of professional experience in clinical, corporate, and nonprofit settings, Sara utilizes her diverse skill set to make change possible. With specific expertise, including nonprofit management, customer service/call center management, executive education, recruitment, and clinical trial management, she is able to work between frontline, technical, and executive audiences with ease.

Sara obtained her bachelor’s in management from Case Western Reserve University and her master’s in organizational development from Bowling Green State University. She carries certifications in the Emotional and Social Competence Inventory from Hay Group/Korn Ferry, Fundamentals of Mediation from Cleveland Mediation Center, and DISC and EQ from TTI Success Insights.

In addition to her professional work, Sara volunteers her time in a consultative capacity with local boards, offering individual and group professional development and career growth strategies through seminars and focused coaching.
