Chinenye Nkemere

Chinenye specializes in helping organizations increase diversity, inclusion, and belonging.

Chinenye (ChiChi) is a strategic thinker. She has over 10 years of experience in community and digital engagement and advocacy.

ChiChi holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and African/African American Studies from The Ohio State University. Immediately after graduation, she moved to Houston to serve as a Teach for America educator.

As a public safety and workplace advocate, she is dedicated to progressive and transformative community development.

In addition to being an instructor for ERC, ChiChi is the co-founder and director of strategy for a consulting firm.
