Liz Maier-Liu

Client Marketing Manager

As ERC’s Client Marketing Manager, Liz Maier-Liu develops and executes multi-channel marketing strategies that support client engagement, retention, and organizational growth. She brings together strategic planning, content development, and data-informed decision-making to deliver marketing initiatives that align with audience needs and business goals.

In her role, Liz partners closely with internal subject matter experts and vendors to bring ERC’s services and programs to market—from training and events to consulting solutions. She also supports lead generation campaigns and manages ERC’s websites, ensuring they are optimized and aligned with the organization’s marketing strategy to drive engagement and results.

Prior to ERC, Liz served as the Director of Alumni Relations & Annual Giving at Notre Dame Schools, where she led annual giving campaigns, executed events, and served as liaison to the NDCL Alumni Association. She increased donor participation and engagement by launching a monthly giving program, inaugural giving day, and annual reunion event – each of which continues today.

Liz holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership with a concentration in human resources and a bachelor’s degree in communication and educational studies from Mercyhurst University. She was also a four-year member of the women’s softball team and a staff writer for the campus newspaper.
