Customized leadership development for directors and senior leaders.
The Leading Leaders Program develops individual leaders at the director level and above through a fully customized blend of training, one-on-one coaching, assessments, and peer learning. We build each program around your organization’s goals, competencies, and culture, then deliver it over several months so new skills take hold between sessions.
What Leading Leaders Includes
Every program is built from the components that fit your goals. Most combine several of the following:

Training modules: Facilitated sessions on the skills senior leaders use every day, from strategy and financial acumen to influence and accountability. Modules run as full-day or multi-day sessions, in person or virtual.

One-on-one coaching: Each participant works with an ERC coach between modules to apply what they’ve learned to the situations they lead through at work.

Assessments: 360-degree feedback, DiSC, and emotional intelligence (EQ) assessments give each leader a clear baseline and a way to measure growth by the end of the program.

Manager sessions: We meet with participants’ managers at the start of the journey to align on goals and key results, then check in as the program progresses. Development sticks when a leader’s own manager is invested in it.

Peer consulting groups: Small group coaching sessions of 8 to 10 participants, held between modules. Leaders work through their pre-work and post-work together, compare approaches, and hold each other accountable.
Training Topics
We tailor the curriculum to the competencies your organization wants to build. Topics include:
Setting direction, communicating it clearly, and connecting daily decisions to where the business is headed.
Reading the numbers that run the business, including Zodiak, a business finance simulation where leaders run a company and live with the results of their decisions.
Holding leaders accountable for results while giving them room to own the work.
Making sound calls with incomplete information, and knowing which decisions to delegate.
Moving people and peers without relying on authority.
Understanding how they show up as leaders and how their behavior lands on others.
Guiding teams through uncertainty and keeping momentum when the ground shifts.
Developing direct reports and handling the conversations most leaders avoid.
