What’s Included in Everything DiSC® Productive Conflict

The assessment

A short online assessment, roughly 15 to 20 minutes, using adaptive questions that get more precise as the person responds. It measures their DiSC® style and how it shows up at work.

Facilitated Training

This is where the profile becomes a skill. Our facilitators lead participants through the material in live sessions built around three areas: discovering your own DiSC® style, understanding the other styles on your team, and building more effective relationships across those differences. Sessions can run as a half-day workshop or be spread across shorter sessions, depending on your team and schedule.

Personalized profile

A detailed profile report built around the participant’s own style. It covers:

  • Their DiSC® style and what it means for how they prefer to communicate, make decisions, and spend their time.
  • What drives them, including their priorities, motivators, and the things that stress or drain them at work.
  • Understanding other styles, so they can recognize where a colleague is coming from instead of assuming the worst.
  • Building more effective relationships, with specific, practical strategies for adapting to the people they work with most.

Ongoing Tools

Participants get continued access to their profile and to comparison tools, where they can line up their style against colleagues who have also taken the assessment and pull tips for working with specific people. Group reports are available when you want to see the styles across a whole team at once, which is useful for leaders trying to understand the mix they are managing.
