What’s Included in Everything DiSC® Productive Conflict
The assessment
A short online assessment, roughly 15 to 20 minutes, using adaptive questions. It measures the participant’s DiSC® style and how it shapes their conflict behaviors.
Facilitated Training
This is where the self-awareness becomes a habit. Our facilitators lead participants through understanding their conflict behaviors, recognizing the automatic thoughts behind their reactions, and practicing more productive responses. Sessions can run as a half-day workshop or across shorter sessions, onsite or virtually.
Personalized profile
A detailed, personalized profile report built around the participant’s own style. It covers:
- Their DiSC® style and how it shows up specifically in conflict.
- Their destructive responses, the unproductive reactions they are prone to when tension rises.
- Their automatic thoughts, the internal triggers that set those responses in motion, with strategies for catching and reframing them.
- How to respond to others based on their styles, so the participant can de-escalate instead of pouring fuel on the moment.
Ongoing Tools
Participants get access to MyEverythingDiSC®, Wiley’s online portal, where they can keep building on what they learned and see how their style compares to colleagues who have taken the assessment.

Not exactly. It works one level earlier than resolution. Productive Conflict builds the self-awareness and in-the-moment habits that keep a disagreement from turning destructive in the first place.
