Maddie plays a key role in managing ERC’s social media presence, developing marketing collateral for events and organizational initiatives, and helping maintain ERC’s website and digital platforms to ensure a seamless and impactful user experience. She also helps edit and produce ERC’s What’s Up at Work? podcast, bringing thought leadership and workplace insights to life through engaging content and storytelling. Also a member of the NorthCoast 99 committee, Maddie supports the execution of the awards program and develops event marketing materials designed to create an exceptional experience for winners and attendees.
A proud graduate of Bucknell University, she earned her degree in Markets, Innovation, and Design from the Freeman College of Management while competing as a Division I softball player. Maddie was recognized by the Cleveland Professional 20/30 Club as a 25 Under 35 Mover & Shaker, an award honoring young professionals who go above and beyond to support and uplift their communities through volunteerism, philanthropy, nonprofit leadership, and professional excellence.
Outside of work, Maddie channels her love of connection and community into time with friends and family. She also enjoys baking, working out, and coaching young athletes in softball and pitching, sharing the same passion and discipline that have guided her both on the field and in her career.
