Leading & Managing Teams- PM (Supervisory Series: Advanced)

Teams are comprised of several individuals with different social styles, personalities, reward and recognition preferences, work prioritization styles, and preferences for receiving feedback. Supervisors and managers have the responsibility of juggling all of these differences while also forming a cohesive, high-performing team.
