Kelsey Loushin presents educational programs for various health care organizations.

As a counselor, coach, and training professional, Kelsey presents educational programs for various health care organizations as well as numerous private companies and employee assistance programs. She specializes in facilitating individual coaching for individuals navigating through the elder-care maze. She also provides coaching for leaders and teams to support their cohesiveness and development.

Kelsey is the president of a company that focuses primarily on professional development opportunities in the field of health care. She has established hundreds of business-to-business relationships through the award-winning networking division.

Since 1998, Kelsey has been an active member of the Northern Ohio Chapter of the Employee Assistance Professionals Association. She is currently the co-chair of the Work-Life Committee and the chairperson of the Website Committee. Kelsey also is an active member of the Conference Planning Committee for the Cuyahoga County Conference on Aging and supports the Hoarding Connection of Cuyahoga County.

Kelsey holds a B.A. in individual and family studies from Kent State University. She is a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor (LICDC), Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), and Certified 2 Young 2 Retire facilitator.
