In her role, Lisa provides ERC members and clients with expert guidance, recommendations, and implementation support on an interim or project basis. She also offers support on all facets of HR management, ranging from strategic initiatives to administrative functions.

Lisa will draw from her 25 years of HR experience and from ERC Membership Services to help companies with HR compliance audits, handbook and policy review, conflict resolution, onboarding, engagement, retention, and performance management.
